  • 基本方針
  • SmallTask（以下「当アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。当アプリは独自のサーバーを持たず、あなたが作成したタスクの内容を当事業者が閲覧することはありません。本ポリシーは、当アプリが扱う情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。
  • アプリ内で作成したデータ
  • タスク・カテゴリ・タスクグループ・繰り返しの設定、および表示に関する設定は、あなたの端末内のデータベースにのみ保存されます。これらを当事業者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
  • 端末からアプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます（後述の Google ドライブへのバックアップを作成している場合、その控えは残ります）。
  • Google ドライブへのバックアップ（Google アカウントでのサインイン）
  • 設定画面から、アプリ内のデータをあなた自身の Google ドライブへバックアップできます。この機能を使う場合にのみ、Google アカウントでのサインインを求めます。使わない場合、サインインは不要です。
  • 当アプリが要求する権限は、Google ドライブのアプリ専用の領域（appDataFolder）に限られます。この領域はアプリごとに分かれた非表示の保管場所であり、当アプリからあなたのドライブ内の他のファイルを参照することはできません。
  • この領域へ保存されるのは、アプリ内のデータベースファイル（タスク・カテゴリ・タスクグループ・繰り返しの設定）です。保存先はあなたのアカウントのドライブであり、当事業者はその内容を受け取らず、閲覧することもできません。
  • サインインによって当アプリが得るのはドライブへのアクセス許可（アクセストークン）のみで、氏名・メールアドレスなどのアカウント情報を当事業者のサーバーへ送信・保存することはありません。バックアップの削除とサインアウトは、いずれもアプリの設定画面から行えます。
  • サブスクリプション（購入情報）
  • 当アプリの一部機能は有料のサブスクリプション（SmallTask Plus）です。購入およびサブスクリプションの管理のため、Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）と、課金管理サービス「RevenueCat」を利用します。
  • この際、購入・更新・解約の状態と、RevenueCat が生成する匿名の識別子が RevenueCat に送信されます。これらはサブスクリプションの提供・復元のためにのみ使用し、広告やユーザー追跡には使用しません。氏名・メールアドレスなど、あなたを個人的に特定する情報は送信しません。
  • クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は各ストアが取り扱い、当アプリがこれを受け取ることはありません。購入処理には Apple または Google のプライバシーポリシーが、課金管理には RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシーがそれぞれ適用されます。
  • 広告
  • 当アプリは、無料でご利用の場合に Google の広告サービス「AdMob」によるバナー広告を表示します。広告の配信と効果測定のため、Google およびそのパートナーが広告用の識別子などの情報を利用する場合があります。
  • 広告の配信には Google のプライバシーポリシーおよび広告に関するポリシーが適用されます。当事業者が広告の配信先を指定したり、あなたのタスクの内容を広告に利用することはありません。
  • SmallTask Plus に加入している間は、広告を表示しません（広告の読み込み自体を行いません）。
  • App トラッキングの透明性（iOS）
  • iOS では、初回起動時に「トラッキングの許可」を求める画面が表示されます。許可した場合は広告用の識別子（IDFA）を用いたパーソナライズ広告が配信され、許可しない場合はこれを用いない広告が配信されます。どちらを選んでも当アプリの機能に違いはありません。
  • この設定は、iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
  • 利用状況の分析
  • 当アプリの改善のため、Google の Firebase Analytics を用いて、どの画面が表示されたかなどの利用状況を匿名で収集する場合があります。収集には Firebase が生成する匿名の識別子が使われます。氏名・メールアドレスなどあなたを個人的に特定する情報や、タスクの内容は送信しません。
  • この分析データは Google（Firebase）に送信され、Google のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
  • 第三者への提供
  • 当アプリは、上記のサブスクリプション管理（Apple / Google / RevenueCat）、広告の配信（Google）および利用状況の分析（Google）を除き、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供・販売しません。あなたが作成したタスクの内容を第三者に提供することは一切ありません。
  • あなたの管理
  • アプリ内のデータは、各画面から個別に削除できます。すべてを消す場合は端末からアプリを削除してください。
  • Google ドライブのバックアップは、アプリの設定画面から削除できます。アプリに与えたドライブへのアクセス許可は、Google アカウントの「セキュリティ」→「サードパーティ製アプリとサービス」からいつでも取り消せます。
  • サブスクリプションの管理・解約は、iOS の「設定」→ Apple Account →「サブスクリプション」、または Google Play ストアの「お支払いと定期購入」から行えます。
  • パーソナライズ広告は、iOS では「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」、Android では「設定」→「Google」→「広告」から無効にできます。
  • お子様のプライバシー
  • 当アプリは、13歳未満のお子様に向けて設計されたものではなく、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。各ストアに表示される年齢評価は表現内容に基づくものであり、当アプリがお子様向けに設計されていることを意味するものではありません。
  • 13歳未満のお子様がご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の同意と管理のもとでご利用ください。

  • Overview
  • SmallTask (the “App”) respects your privacy. The App has no server of its own, and we never see the content of the tasks you create. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
  • Data You Create in the App
  • Your tasks, categories, task groups, recurrence settings, and display preferences are stored only in a database on your device. They are never transmitted to any server of ours.
  • Deleting the App from your device deletes this data as well (if you have created a Google Drive backup, that copy remains).
  • Google Drive Backup (Signing in with Google)
  • From the Settings screen, you can back up the App’s data to your own Google Drive. Only if you use this feature are you asked to sign in with a Google account. If you do not use it, no sign-in is required.
  • The App requests access only to Google Drive’s application data folder (appDataFolder). This is a hidden, per-app storage area; the App cannot see any other file in your Drive.
  • What is stored there is the App’s database file (tasks, categories, task groups, and recurrence settings). It is stored in your own account’s Drive; we do not receive it and cannot read it.
  • Signing in gives the App only permission to access that Drive folder (an access token). We do not send or store account information such as your name or email address on any server of ours. You can delete the backup and sign out from the App’s Settings screen at any time.
  • Subscriptions (Purchase Information)
  • Some features of the App are available through a paid subscription (SmallTask Plus). To offer and manage purchases, we use Apple (the App Store) or Google (Google Play), together with the subscription-management service “RevenueCat.”
  • In this process, your purchase, renewal, and cancellation status, together with an anonymous identifier generated by RevenueCat, are sent to RevenueCat. This information is used only to provide and restore your subscription, and is not used for advertising or user tracking. We do not send information that personally identifies you, such as your name or email address.
  • Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled by the stores; the App never receives them. Apple’s or Google’s Privacy Policy applies to purchase processing, and RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy applies to subscription management.
  • Advertising
  • When you use the App for free, it displays banner ads served by Google’s “AdMob.” To deliver and measure those ads, Google and its partners may use information such as advertising identifiers.
  • Ad delivery is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and advertising policies. We do not target ads ourselves, and the content of your tasks is never used for advertising.
  • While you are subscribed to SmallTask Plus, no ads are displayed (they are not even loaded).
  • App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
  • On iOS, you are asked for tracking permission when you first launch the App. If you allow it, ads may be personalized using the advertising identifier (IDFA); if you do not, ads are served without it. The App’s features are the same either way.
  • You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Usage Analytics
  • To improve the App, we may use Google’s Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, such as which screens were viewed, using an anonymous identifier generated by Firebase. We do not send information that personally identifies you, nor the content of your tasks.
  • This analytics data is sent to Google (Firebase) and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Sharing with Third Parties
  • Except for the subscription management (Apple / Google / RevenueCat), ad delivery (Google), and usage analytics (Google) described above, the App does not share or sell your data to third parties. The content of your tasks is never provided to third parties.
  • Your Controls
  • Data in the App can be deleted individually from each screen. To remove all of it, delete the App from your device.
  • A Google Drive backup can be deleted from the App’s Settings screen. You can revoke the App’s access to your Drive at any time in your Google Account under Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
  • Personalized ads can be turned off in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or on Android in Settings → Google → Ads.
  • Children’s Privacy
  • The App is not designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The age rating shown in the stores reflects the App’s content and does not mean that the App is designed for children.
  • If a child under the age of 13 uses the App, please do so with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
