  • 速歩タイマー（Brisk Timer、以下「当アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。当アプリは広告を表示せず、ユーザーを追跡するための第三者トラッキングを行いません。本ポリシーは、当アプリが扱う情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。
  • ヘルスケアデータ
  • 当アプリは、ワークアウトの記録と表示のために Apple のヘルスケア（HealthKit）と連携します。
  • 読み取るデータ（あなたが許可した場合のみ）
  • 歩数
  • ウォーキング・ランニングの距離
  • アクティブエネルギー（消費カロリー）
  • 心拍数
  • 最大酸素摂取量（VO2max・心肺機能）
  • 書き込むデータ（あなたが許可した場合のみ）: ワークアウト（ウォーキングとしての記録。時間・消費カロリー・距離を含みます）。
  • ヘルスケアデータの処理はすべてあなたの端末内で行われます。当アプリは独自のサーバーを持たず、ヘルスケアデータを外部のサーバーへ送信しません。読み取ったデータや作成したワークアウト記録は、あなたの端末内（ヘルスケア、およびアプリ内の記録データベース）にのみ保存されます。複数の端末間で同期される場合、それは Apple 自身のヘルスケア／iCloud の暗号化された同期機能によるものであり、当アプリがその内容を保持・閲覧することはありません。ヘルスケアデータを、広告・解析・その他いかなる目的でも第三者に提供・共有しません。
  • サブスクリプション（購入情報）
  • 当アプリの一部機能は有料のサブスクリプションです。購入およびサブスクリプションの管理のため、Apple（App Store）と、課金管理サービス「RevenueCat」を利用します。
  • この際、購入・更新・解約の状態と、当アプリが生成する匿名の識別子が RevenueCat に送信されます。これらはサブスクリプションの提供・復元のためにのみ使用し、広告やユーザー追跡には使用しません。氏名・メールアドレスなど、あなたを個人的に特定する情報は送信しません。
  • 購入処理には Apple のプライバシーポリシーが、課金管理には RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシーがそれぞれ適用されます。
  • 第三者への提供
  • 当アプリは、上記のサブスクリプション管理（Apple / RevenueCat）を除き、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供・販売しません。ヘルスケアデータを第三者に提供することは一切ありません。
  • 広告とトラッキング
  • 当アプリは広告を表示しません。ユーザーを追跡するための第三者トラッキング SDK を組み込んでおらず、他社のアプリやWebサイトを横断した追跡（Appトラッキング透明性の対象となる行為）は行いません。
  • あなたの管理
  • ヘルスケアへのアクセス許可は、iOS の「ヘルスケア」App →「共有」→「App」からいつでも変更・取り消しできます。
  • アプリ内で作成したワークアウト記録は、履歴画面から個別に削除できます。ヘルスケアApp に書き込まれた記録は、ヘルスケアApp 側で別途削除できます。
  • サブスクリプションの管理・解約は、iOS の「設定」→ Apple ID →「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
  • お子様のプライバシー
  • 当アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。

  • Brisk Timer (the “App”) respects your privacy. The App shows no ads and does not perform third-party tracking. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
  • Health Data
  • The App integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) to record and display your workouts.
  • Data we read (only with your permission)
  • Step count
  • Walking + running distance
  • Active energy (calories burned)
  • Heart rate
  • VO2 max (cardio fitness)
  • Data we write (only with your permission): workouts (recorded as walking, including duration, active energy, and distance).
  • All health data is processed on your device. The App has no server of its own and does not transmit your health data to any external server. Data we read, and workout records we create, are stored only on your device (in Apple Health and in the App’s own records database). If any of it is available across your devices, that is provided by Apple’s own encrypted Health/iCloud sync; the App does not hold or access that data on any server. We do not share or sell your health data to third parties for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
  • Subscriptions (Purchase Information)
  • Some features of the App are available through a paid subscription. To offer and manage purchases, we use Apple (the App Store) and the subscription-management service “RevenueCat.”
  • In this process, your purchase, renewal, and cancellation status, together with an anonymous identifier generated by the App, are sent to RevenueCat. This information is used only to provide and restore your subscription, and is not used for advertising or user tracking. We do not send information that personally identifies you, such as your name or email address.
  • Apple’s Privacy Policy applies to purchase processing, and RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy applies to subscription management.
  • Sharing with Third Parties
  • Except for the subscription management described above (Apple / RevenueCat), the App does not share or sell your data to third parties. We never provide your health data to third parties.
  • Advertising and Tracking
  • The App shows no ads. It includes no third-party tracking SDKs and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites (activity subject to App Tracking Transparency).
  • Your Controls
  • You can change or revoke Health access at any time in the iOS Health app → Sharing → Apps.
  • Workout records created in the App can be deleted individually from the history screen. Records written to Apple Health can be deleted separately in the Health app.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Children’s Privacy
  • The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.
